Water Quality Measurement

Water Quality Monitoring

Q46D Dissolved Oxygen Monitor

ATi’s Q46D Dissolved Oxygen Monitor is designed to provide reliable oxygen measurement and help reduce operating costs. Two types of sensing technologies are available for use with the Q46D system: Membraned Electrochemical and Optical (fluorescence). Both sensors will provide reliable long-term performance with minimal maintenance.

Q46C4 4E Conductivity Monitor

ATi’s Q46/45C4 4-Electrode Conductivity water quality monitors are the answer for monitoring almost any water-based process. Drinking water, plating bath solutions, cooling water, process wash water and most other aqueous systems can be monitored accurately and reliably.

Q46P/R pH & ORP Monitor

The versatile Q46P/R system monitors Potential of Hydrogen (pH) and Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP). The differential pH/ORP sensors make use of a sealed reference system – a second glass pH electrode – to help prevent the destruction of the sensor, from chemical poisons including sulfide, cyanide, chlorine and bisulfite.

Q46H/62-63 Residual Chlorine Monitor

Monitor capabilities have been expanded to include options for a 3rd analog output or for adding additional low power relay outputs. Digital communication options for Profibus DP, Modbus RTU or Ethernet IP have been added, as well. The Q46H system uses a polarographic membraned sensor to measure chlorine directly, without the need for chemical reagents and an automatic pH compensation may be added for highest free chlorine measurement accuracy.

Q46/85 Peracetic Acid Monitor

Peracetic acid (PAA) is an extremely strong oxidizer widely used in the food industry for disinfection of piping systems and processing equipment. It is also used for spray washing of food products, and for disinfection of cooling water systems. As a disinfecting agent, PAA is often preferred because it produces no harmful breakdown products.

Q46/88 Suspended Solids Monitor

Monitoring suspended solids in wastewater and industrial process water can be useful for either process control or for alarming of unusual conditions. In biological treatment systems, monitoring suspended solids in the aeration tank can assist operators in maintaining optimum MLSS (Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids) concentration.

Q46/76 Turbidity Monitor

ATi’s Q46T Turbidity Monitor provides a display of turbidity over a variety of operating ranges. The minimum display range of 0-2 NTU provides resolution down to 0.001 NTU and is suitable for almost any final filter monitoring application. Ranges of 0- 20 or 0-200 NTU are available for raw water or clarifier effluent monitoring.

Portable monitoring, control and policing system

SiteBox is a fully independent portable monitoring, control and policing system that can be used in many applications from drinking water treatment (raw, treated and final water) to process water in food industry, or as an off-the-shelf water quality system ready for immediate deployment, all housed in a carry-on luggage sized box. Its modular nature enables users to order a bespoke monitoring system that fits individual site requirements. This is in stark contrast to the size and complexity of traditional panel mounted solutions.

MetriNet Multi-parameter smart water quality monitoring

ATi’s MetriNet solutions are a pioneering, field-proven breakthrough in water quality monitoring. With 16 parameters to choose from, the modular nature allows unique monitoring solutions for individual site requirements across utilities, food & drink, industrial, healthcare, leisure and HVAC.

NephNet Portable, online Turbidity monitoring

ATi’s innovative NephNet Portable Turbidity Monitor gives the same measurement performance as the more traditional fixed monitor – with no compromise on measurement.
