1 MHz Ultrasonic Transducer Options: Bolt-On or Mounted

Kaijo’s (950 kHz) 1 MHz Ultrasonic Transducer provides options for either having it mounted or bolted on to either the bottom or side of a selected ultrasonic tank. The bolt-on and mounted types use heavy metal plates which transmit the sound waves in the liquid of the tank. The transducers are designed to operate in liquids at temperatures up to 80 degrees C and will withstand the cavitations created during normal operation.


40 kHz Ultrasonic Transducer: Immersible

The 38 kHz (40 kHz) Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer is enclosed in a hermetically sealed and polished 316L stainless steel housing. The heavy duty enclosure withstands cavitations and performance and will not degrade over time. The transducer can operate in the liquid of a bath or tank with temperatures up to 100 degrees centigrade and will provide high reliability for the most demanding applications.

Aquinity² P10

The Aquinity² P10 ultrapure water system is equipped with a reverse osmosis (RO) cell to produce deionised water directly into an integrated 10l tank. Ion Exchange Resin

An integral business group of the Jacobi Carbons AB group, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Osaka Gas Chemicals Co., Ltd. (OGC). OGC acquired Jacobi in 2014 to add us to their existing line of filtration technologies in Japan (Japan EnviroChemicals, Inc., or JEC). A supplier of a wide selection of ion exchange resins for a variety of industries, who is able and willing to expand ion exchange products and technologies into new market areas.

W A C

WAC are polyacrylic, gel or macro ion exchange beads. They have the unique carboxylic acid functions.

Applications of WAC resins include:

Strong acidic cation resins are bead sized co-polymers (mainly polystyrene-divinylbenzene) with a sulfuric group which attracts cations. Resinex SAC comes in gel or macroporous types and are available in several bead sizes to adapt to different applications.

Strong base anion resins are bead sized co-polymers (mainly polystyrene-divinylbenzene) with a tertiary or quaternary ammonium group which removes anions in various processes. Resinex SBA comes in gel or macroporous type and is available in different bead sizes.
