Business Development Officer

A Business Development Officer is responsible for overseeing the implementation of business development strategies to heighten company profitability. Their duties  identifying business opportunities to pursue and creating business proposals to support their ideas.

HVAC Engineer

Responsible for testing and certification of cleanrooms and HVAC efficiency.

Very diverse in understanding the electrical, mechanical, architectural design and construction disciplines and proficient in either electrical, mechanical, chemical, or process engineering for the industries mentioned.

Excellent communication skills, confidence, and have the ability to work independently.

Precise and concise written communication skills.

Familiarity with a cleanroom environment.

The ability to work under pressure.

Organizational skills, such as time and resource planning.

Able to walk up and down stairs, climb ladders, and work in a heavy construction environment.

Engineering degree is required, registration in an engineering field preferred.

5 years of experience in Facilities Engineering and proven track record in project management with a focus in the semiconductor, commercial and pharmaceutical industry.

ISO Coordinator

The ISO coordinator makes sure that products and services provided by the company will meet client statutory and regulatory requirement. 

 She must examine the company processes to determine if it is following ISO standards. 

She also makes sure that all necessary documentation is completed. 

When new standards are released by the ISO, the ISO coordinator sets up training programs designed to update employee skills.

Prepare Audit Program and Audit Plan for the conduct of Internal Audit.

Prepare minutes of the meetings of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) Team, Internal Quality Audit (IQA) Team, Management Review and other ISO-related Meetings.

Prepare Monthly Reports to the Quality Management Representatives on the status of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) implementation.

Consolidate the Internal Audit Reports of the IQA Team and prepares a summary thereof.

Monitor compliance of the concerned Department, Divisions or Unit relative to the issued Nonconformity Reports (NCRs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs).

Maintain/revise the QMS manual when necessary including the macro-Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Forms

Ensure proper ISO-documentation, i.e., manual, minutes, registry of NCs, audit reports, SOPs, forms, etc.

Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in quality management.

Experience in ISO compliance-related work (ISO 9001 2015). 

Proficient in English communication both in oral and written.

Has strong interpersonal skills.

Can do multitask, self-motivated and team-oriented.

Computer literate.

Data Encoder

A data encoder is another name for a data entry clerk. Typically, a data encoder is responsible for compiling, sorting and processing data. Encoders may also need to do filing and organizing as part of their job duties. This career is suitable for a highly organized individual with solid computer and typing skills and keen attention to detail.
