CLS 700T
The CLS-700 T from Particle Measuring Systems is a compression sampler combined with a LiQuilazS-series volumetric particle counter (not included) for measuring most liquid chemicals up to 150 degrees C. (Maximum temperature for Sulfuric Acid is 100 degrees C). The system can be integrated into a wet bench for continuous particle monitoring or located in a cart. The CLS 700 T includes triggering which allows the sampler to be started or stopped by a process tool. The compression sampler eliminates erratic data problems due to bubbles found in effervescent and hot corrosive chemicals.

CLS 1000
The CLS-1000 from Particle Measuring Systems is a compression sampler combined with a Liquistat volumetric particle counter (included) for measuring liquid chemicals up to 90 degrees C. Built-in safety features like leak detection and purge air make it ideal for intergration into a wet bench for use with dangerous solvents and acids. The system can be integrated into a wet bench for continuous particle monitoring or located on a cart. The compression sampler eliminates erratic data problems due to bubbles in effervescent or hot corrosive chemicals. The CLS-1000 provides 4-20mA data and status outputs for easy PLC system integration.
